Core process technology for atmospheric management
1. Double cycle desulfurization technology in two towers
Applicable for coal at any sulfur content, especially for smoke with SO2 concentration over 7000mg/Nm³. The technique is efficient, stable, of low investment and small footprint. SO2 concentration reduced less than 15mg/Nm³, which is 57% lower than the strictest national standard(35mg/Nm³).

Applicable for coal of relatively high sulfur content, especially for smoke with SO2 concentration ranging from 5000-10000mg/Nm³.The technique is efficient, stable, of low investment and small footprint. SO2 concentration reduced less than 15mg/Nm³, which is 57% lower than the strictest national standard(35mg/Nm³).
3. Single tower turbulence tube efficient process desulfurization technology
4. Desulfurization, denitration and dust removal integration technology.
At the main island of the absorption tower, the four units of desulphurization, denitration, dust removal and demercuration are installed and operated at the same time. The utility model has the advantages of low cost and little occupation, and is suitable for medium and small coal burning boilers.
5. SCR desulfurization reactor and catalyzes efficient synergistic process technology.
By optimizing formula of SCR reactor and catalyzes, we can achieve the high coordination of desulfurization process and catalyze design technique, and improve the desulfurization efficiency. The NOx concentration in smoke can be reduced to 30 mg/Nm³.
6. High efficiency dust removal and mist removal technology of composite electrode.
By combining the lower centrifugal vortex tube with the upper cathode and cathode devices, we can reduce the concentration of dust and PM2.5 down below 2 mg/Nm³.
This method has the advantages of low cost, little occupation, short lead time and flexible usage.
