Through the combination of centrifugal separation, water film dust removal and micro wet electrostatic precipitator technology, we can satisfy that when the unit is under full load, the dust content at absorption tower entrance is less than 30mg/Nm³, and dust concentration at the absorption tower outlet is below 2mg/N m³, and SO3 and Hg ions can also be removed.

2. Tube type, plate type wet dust removal device

Non metallic and alloy metal composite manufacturing products. The dust concentration can be reduced to below 20mg/Nm3 by means of optimized design of the flue gas distributor, the flushing system and the discharge system.

3. The hot catalyst type flue gas heat exchanger (MGGH) device

It can make the smoke before entering the chimney discharge, so that the flue gas temperature increased from 55 to 70-75 degrees, to raise the flue gas emission level, eliminate gypsum rain, and protect the chimney lining.

4. Low-low temp economizer device

It can use tail flue gas exhaust temperature, heating boiler water supply, or one or two times the wind temperature reduction, unit power consumption of coal is about 3-5g/kwh.
