2003 Beijing Fengye Electric Power Environmental Protection Engineering Co. Ltd. was born as a contract of thermal power plant desulfurization, denitration, dust and power engineering based environmental protection company. It is also the first station of the power of environmental protection as the main business of specialized public, and the brand “Fengye” was born from this company.

2004 Jiangsu Fengye industry technology environmental protection group Limited by Share Ltd was established, it is the first specialized company, whose business combines facility development and production of flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, dust and other electric power environmental protection. Ever since, Fengye Group opened a new chapter in environmental protection industry.

2010 The world's first SCR catalyze R&D and production site - Jiangsu Wande Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd was founded. Fengye achieved leapfrog development from the Central Bureau of environmental protection engineering to high-tech environmental friendly products, extending the industrial chain. And its science innovation, along with the “high, new and top” products brought new momentum to the group.

2011 The strategic investment was introduced in, and Fengye’s development started a new chapter of BOT mode.

2012 Committing at innovation upgrading, Fengye achieved the forefront of the domestic industry the comprehensive management on air pollution, with the development mode of EPC general contractor, SCR catalyze R&D and BOT and so on.

2014 Fengye Group absorbed funds from quality investors, totally about 6 billion to resolve the funds gaps in licensed projects including desulfurization, denitration and dust removal, which injected strong momentum into the company's development.

2016 Fengye Group developed its own core technical systems including desulfurization, denitration, dust removal and SCR catalyzeand many other techniques, by cooperating with parallel universities and science research institutions. Fengye Group maintained this industry’s worldwide leadership, and at the same time brought the advanced Chinese process and technique to the world stage.

2017 Fengye signed a strategic cooperation agreement with UK Esmolol group. The both have committed further strategic cooperation in environment control and mediation, and will cooperate to develop the environment mediation market both in China and abroad.
