1. Soil in situ solidification
By using physical or chemical method, we can fix or encapsulate the pollutants in dense inert substrates. It is applicable for heavy metals and radioactive contamination, and is one of the few in-situ remediation technologies for metal pollution.
2. Soil vapor extraction (SVE) based on VOC technology
Soil gas extraction steam extraction technology is adopted to reduce soil air pressure, the pollutants in soil into gaseous form and is removed, it is through the physical removal of soil volatile organic components (VOCs) is a kind of pollution remediation technology, application of pollutants to deal with high volatility.
3. In-situ or ex-situ thermal desorption of contaminated soil
Heats the contaminated soil by direct or indirect heat exchange and the volatile pollutants in the soil are volatilized and separated from the contaminated medium, and the volatile gases are collected. The technology is suitable for volatile, semi volatile, organic, pesticide free, high boiling point chlorinated compounds and other pollutants.
4. Chemical oxidation/ reduction technology.
Using chemical oxidant reductant to pollutant oxidation/ reduction of insoluble or toxic substances, thereby reducing the pollutants in the loop fill medium or migration; remove harmful chlorine atoms in organic compounds, making low toxic or non-toxic compound repair suitable organic pollution.
5. Spraying leaching technique
This technique uses the principle that solvent promotes the dissolution or transport of contaminants in soil environment. The solvent is injected into the contaminated layer through the head pressure, and then the liquid containing contaminants is extracted from the soil layer for separation and sewage treatment. This technique can be divided into in-situ and ectopic chemical elution techniques.
6. Bio remediation of microorganisms
This technique uses the principle of bio degradation and bio absorption on hazardous pollutants in ground water and groundwater. We can activate microorganisms through nutrients and other chemicals so that they can rapidly decompose and destroy pollutants. Bioremediation technologies are applicable for pollutants like gasoline, fuel oil, ethanol, ketones and so on.
