Through preliminary examination on the utility model in accordance with the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Office has decided to grant patent rights, issue this certificate and register the design in the patent roll as well. The patent rights shall come into effect from the date of authorized notification.

The term for this patent is ten years calculated from the date of patent application. The patentee shall pay the annual fees in compliance with the Patent Law and detailed rules for its implementation. The annual fee shall be paid before July 7 every year. Failure to do so shall result in the termination of the patent rights upon expiry of the payment period.
