At present, Fengye has a staff around 700 people, while the high and middle management and the technical staff share 600 people of the total. The core management and the technical staff averages an industrial experience over 15 years, and have throughout understanding upon the development track and rules of environmental industry.

We put great effort on the training and development of designers, and they are regarded as the development basis of the company. We set up proper inner training and picking systems, and rapidly enhanced the R&D team by combining regular inner training and irregular out-souse training. Additionally, we pay attention to train and enhance the personnel, not only at the special technique and education background, but also put effort on the team work, loyalty and professional dedication.
